THE FISH

Before we go any further, lets take a look at "THE fish"!!:D I'll be covering only the Asian Arowana(Scleropages). In 2003 this genus was broken down into 4 groups(Many researchers refute this) and i will include pictures of the arowanas in these groups. However, the emphasis in this blog will be towards the RED ARo(Yours truly is going to bring in a RED - As such i am unsure if the same methodology works for the other types).
So sit back and Enjoy the Photos GUYS!!:D

Getting started

Hi peeps,

This will be my first post proper!! :D When getting started, its always good to join a local-arowana-hobbyist-community forum. This will be a great place to learn and to also see what fellow hobbyists are up to!!As for myself i was recommended to join arofanatics.com . To date i have found it the most useful website and i would HIGHLY recommend it to any ARO(AROWANA) Enthusiast!! It is very much a "LIVE" place with members constantly posting latest Pics of their beloved AROs to flaunt their progress. Plus they have a marketplace which only becomes visible after you have joined them(USEFUL For Those Living in SINGAPORE ONLY). Therefore use such forums to better understand the AROWANA. Also do learn from others' mistakes, so as to not repeat them with your ARO!!:D

Hope this was useful to get you started out!!

Introduction!!:D

Firstly, i would like to extend my warmest WELCOME. I also want to THANK YOU for taking a swim through this Blog(regardless of it being accidental or with intent)!!! :D
